The Atlanta Journal Constitution is reporting today that Fayette (Ga.) county investigators have officially concluded their lengthy investigation into the Benoit family tragedy and have determined Chris Benoit acted alone in the double murder-suicide.
The announcement, made Tuesday morning, came after "a careful examination of all evidence" and the determination was that there is no evidence that "indicates the presence of any other individual or individuals who contributed to the deaths of the three members of the Benoit family."
The article states both families of Chris and Nancy Benoit are considering wrongful death suits against WWE.
