WWE will be taping Friday Night Smackdown and ECW on Sci Fi tonight in Cleveland, Ohio. Scheduled for Smackdown is MVP defending the WWE United States Title against Batista and more between Big Show and Floyd Mayweather. Scheduled for ECW on Sci Fi is Chavo Guerrero defending the ECW Title against CM Punk and John Morrison & The Miz defending the WWE Tag Team Titles against Tommy Dreamer & Colin Delaney. We will have full coverage from the show including ongoing live coverage from the SmackDown taping tonight in Cleveland, Ohio.

As announced last night, next week's three-hour edition of WWE Monday Night Raw in Milwaukee, WI starting at 8:00 p.m. Eastern (7:00 p.m. Central) will carry a "WrestleMania Rewind Night" theme featuring rematches from past WrestleMania's with wrestlers from Raw, Smackdown and ECW. Also scheduled for the show includes a weigh-in involving The Big Show and Floyd Mayweather and either Triple H or WWE Champion Randy Orton will be "running the show" per GM William Regal's stipulation starting last night after John Cena had his turn.

As noted last night here on the site by me, WWE WrestleMania 25 is expected to be held on Sunday, April 5, 2009 in Houston, Texas at Reliant Stadium. The stadium lists a capacity of 71,500 for football and could hold much more for a WWE event the size of WrestleMania. The company held WrestleMania 17 in Houston's Astrodome back in 2001, which featured The Rock vs. Steve Austin in the main event for the WWF Title. WWE has yet to publicly announce this. Once they do, we will be sure to pass it along.
