Sandman put Houston to sleep about 5 seconds into the match with a Superman Punch. Complete SQUASH. Worse than Kane over My good friend Chavito. Irvin ties the record for the fastest K.O. Total Class Irvin says he wants to Fight Houston in the parking lot. Houston, not to be outclassed says his kids hit harder than him and that it was total B.S.
Nate Diaz Vs. Kurt Pellegrino
First round Pellegrino shoots in on Diaz, takes him down and passes to sidemount. From Sidemount he locks in a crucifix and just punishes Diaz. For some reason the fight wasnt stopped??? Pellegrino lets up, then goes back to the crucifix absolutely demolishing Diaz's Face with Stiff Stiff Punches and elbows. Again, fight not stopped. Wow. Somehow Diaz regains composure and spends the rest of the round clinched up with Pellegrino looking for the takedown.

Pellegrino shoots a takedown and starts to grind in on Diaz. Diaz secures a beautiful Judo throw where Pellegrino lands on top of him in guard. Diaz looks to Scramble and Pellegrino goes for a Hughes-esque slam. From here Diaz throws his legs up over Pellegrinos head, looking to secure a guillotine. Here the ever Florescent Diaz Flexes a pose with two middle fingers up to the crowd knowning the he has the Triangle sunk deep. Pellegrino then taps out. 209 209, Nick Diaz, 209.

Rd.1
Hammil with some nice shots to start the round out. Hammil shoots a takedown and is Blanketing Boetsch now. Ref stands them up. Boetsch starts to land some really nice shots on Hammil, in the Clinch and when looking for a big Uppercut. Hammil popped a blood capsule and is bleeding out the mouth like Taker just gogo'd him. Boetsch looking to land a big uppercut. Boetsch lands an INCREDIBLE knee in the clinch. Hammil shakes it off and presses the action looking to land an uppercut of his own. Hammil is showing some good recovery and composure here. Boetsch is looking gassed now.

Boetsch thinks takedown when he is gassed starting this round off. Hammil stuffs it and just lands about One Million shots on Boetsch before the ref stops the fight. Joe says Hammil had the rape choked locked up on Boetsch when he was landing those shots. I laughed. Hammil in the post fight interview is totally class and says everyone should give Boetsch a round of applause because he's a great fighter with fantastic knees. Joe is stoned out of his mind, as he's just looking deep into Hammils mouth as hammils talking. It's weird man, real weird-he's hasnt even blinked the whole time.

Karo Bro Karo Vs. Thiago Alves

Rather Dismal round. No real beautiful judo throws bro. Thiago is showing that he has really nice and crisp boxing. Thiago lands a few nice shots, but this round goes to Karo for Octagon control and for pushing the pace. He definitely had Thiago out of his comfort zone.

Thiago gives Karo a Rocket ride up after a thunderous knee lands on Karo's Chin and elevates him off the ground. For good measure as Karo is crippled up on the ground Thiago lands a few extra big shots on him. Karo of course pops up and is absolutely furious, then spits on the ground and yells. Joe's calling premature stoppage, Incase you didnt know Karo and Joe used to go steady and roll together a lot-obviously joe still has a thing for Karo. Karo has to hate life now as he didnt want to fight Thiago, because he didnt want to lose and have to climb back up the ladder to get a title shot.

Anthony Johnson Vs. Tommy Speer
Jesus. Anthony absolutely obliterated Tommy Speer. Speer was out on the feet and Johnson just poured it on him, complete flawless victory. Speer is knocked out and Crushed. I'd highly recommend going out of your way to see this fight. Johnson was a ferocious beast in this fight. In the post fight interview Johnson says, "Im crunk, Real Crunk."

Not much action. Frank looks to Shoot, Maynard stuffs it repeatedly. Frank and Gray both land a few shots on eachother, but really just sort of a stalemate of a round. I'll give it to Maynard as he was able to grab a pair of takedowns. 10-9 Maynard.

Maynard with a takedown early in the round. Of course he doesnt do anything with it. Frank is able to scrable out using a single underhook pushing his way off the mat. Both men still feeling eachother out. Maynard rushes in like a bull and Edgar sweeps him over with a beautiful takedown as is now in sidecontrol. Maynard pops back up. Gray shoots another very nice takedown. Maynard is looking to pass now as he's in sidecontrol. Frank is looking for a Kimura now. Horn sounds and the round is over. 10-9 Edgar

Very nice scramble and encounter to start the round off. With Maynard shooting in and Edgar rolling over and out of it looking for a takedown of his own. Gray not having it, Gray lands another takedown on Edgar. Edgar gets back up and Maynard slams him to the mat again. Faceplant Takedown by Maynard, just controlling Edgar here. Maynard lands yet another big takedown. Why cant these guys learn some JiuJitsu and do something on the ground instead of being a blanket. Maynard 10-9

Creepy Joe Lauzon Vs. Kenny Creepy Florian

This is funny- for the first time ever in his life K-flo is acting the part of a bully here. Creepy Joe shoots a takedown and gets Kenny down. Kenny immediately starts ripping out elbows to the head of Creepy Joe. Creepy Joe is now opened up and the ref stands them up and issues Kenny a warning for illegal strikes to the back of the head. Kenny lands a beautiful body kick and hurdles Creepy Joe down to a knee. Kenny now on top of Creepy joe and landing some elbows. Creepy joe scrabmbles out and secures a trip takedown on Kenny. Florian super hesitant to unleash "the bows". Creepy Joe passes to sidecontrol and is landing some nice hammerfists. Kenny forces him back to full guard. Creepy Joe steps over for a knee bar and is looking for a heel hook. Flroian gets out. Both men back to their feet. Awesome awesome round. Kenny looks to shoot and Creepy Joe is not having it.
