Former WWE Intercontinental champion Jeff Hardy's WWE Wellness suspension of 60 days is slated to over the next several days, so he could conceivably be back on television for the company at the next set of TV tapings if they wish.

He will probably be held off until a little bit, since Jericho is in the fued with HBK. Unless this fued with HBK ends at Judgement Day, Hardy may not come back for a little while longer too. I'd expect him to come back next week, after the ppv.
