Vince McMahon's Major Announcement Possibly Revealed?

The word making the rounds at RAW today is that Vince will make a major announcement on the show.

I'm told it could have something to do with a draft lottery. Obviously it would take place in the coming weeks and not live tonight.

I'm sorry, but it's hilarious that something that has already aired on live TV is considered a spoiler. I know the age old argument of "Some people don't see it until..." but for instance, if I got raw on a 2 or 3 day delay, I probably wouldn't be browsing through a wrestling forum right now. I mean, anyone can go to WWE.com right now and see what happened on RAW, yet we can't talk about it here unless we're in the spoiler section or use spoiler tags.
