-- It was Vince McMahon who made the call to prevent Ric Flair from appearing at the National Wrestling Alliance's Hall of Fame ceremony last week. Flair is still under WWE contract and Vince did not want his talent being used to sell tickets and DVDs for a competitor.

-- Ric Flair's son Reid, who is under a WWE developmental contract, has yet to report to Florida Championship Wrestling.

-- Speaking of second generation wrestlers, Ricky Steamboat's son Richard Blood Jr. (better known as Ritchie Steamboat) is currently training with George South Sr. "The Dragon" still works behind the scenes for WWE as a road agent.

I guess Vince has a right to not let him go if it is the competition but it is a Hall of Fame ceremony. I guess he can go to another one in the future.
