Additional buttons added to editor toolbar

I have added some new buttons to help people with certain tags. Below is where the new buttons can be located:

- Making New Thread
- Making New Reply
- Thread Quick Reply (In post)
- Quick Edit Toolbar (Bottom of thread)

How about for the news section one for source, when clicked i will make the place you got the news from smaller and less noticeable and it will look more pro...sounds like a good idea to me, and I haven't seen it on other forums.

Hmmm, a source button that edits the font etc. I will see what I can do. :)
