News On A Possible John Cena vs. Batista Match For WrestleMania 25

The long-awaited match between John Cena and Batista appears to be on the radar.

On 6/19 at a creative meeting, Triple H pitched an idea for Batista to eventually turn heel and build towards a match with Cena at WrestleMania 25.

The match was discussed for WrestleMania 24, but when it didn't happen, it was put on the drawing board again for next year's event.

hmm... I personally don't like the idea of a Batista vs. Cena match at WM, but maybe, just maybe if it goes into play, they can work out a nice feud...

That would be awesome. Before tonight, I thought that Cena and Batista would happen at Summerslam. Now with Punk at the head of RAW, doesn't look like that's the case. I'm hoping Punk gets a good title run on RAW...

Cena vs Batista would not be good imo. I hope that Punk feuds with someone other than those two for the title for a long while.
