I don't feel he was a very popular character as it is. I did not like him to much nor did I care if wrestled on a show or not. Wonder if he will go to TNA now, if they will have him.

well..he wasnt all too good a wrestler...never been a fan of his..and always felt lance cade carried him..so keeping all this in mind..i think this was around the corner...expect domino to be shown the door aswell soon!

I think there should be someone who regulates the use of "superstar", so its not used in cases like this.

I think there should be someone who regulates the use of "superstar", so its not used in cases like this.

...WWE refers to all of their contracted wrestlers as "Superstars". Stop nit-picking.

I'm talking about people in the media that report these things, not a single promotion. Stop incorectly assuming things.

i always liked murdoch...thought he was an 'old school ' type wrestler. but that's the problem right there...no place in the wwe for old school wrestlers anymore. personally, i think it's a shame.

What did I incorrectly assume? Seems to be the pot calling the kettle black because I'm sure (that's right, I'm assuming) that whoever came up with the title for this story doesn't personally consider Trevor Murdoch a "superstar", but that they just called him that because that's how WWE refers to everyone.
