Lucha Libre star and former PRIDE Fighting veteran Dos Caras Jr. has turned down the offer given to him by WWE. Apparently Caras Jr. was interested until he was informed he would be assigned to FCW (Florida Championship Wrestling) to learn the "American style" of pro wrestling.
