UPDATE ON RAVEN LAWSUIT VS. WWE INCLUDING THE FORMER WWE NAMES HE'S JOINED WITH TO FILE SUIT
Scott Levy/Raven's co-plaintiffs in the lawsuit brought against World Wrestling Entertainment challenging the independent contractor status of WWE's professional wrestlers are Christopher Klucsarits (Kanyon) and Mike Sanders.
All three list their lawsuit as being filed on behalf of themselves and "all other similarly-situated individuals."
World Wrestling Entertainment has requested and received an extension until 9/29 to respond to the lawsuit by the United States District Court of Connecticut, where it was filed.
