Nash talked about his chest pains from last year, but said he is fine now. His doctor has given him a clean bill of health.

- “I’m excited about what I’m doing right now,” said Nash. He said his mind is back into wrestling, and has been watching wrestling tapes again. Nash said he missed performing for the wrestling fans.

- Nash said that many fans and journalist have a hard relating to big wrestlers, such as some NBA fans can’t relate to Shaq.

- Nash stated that he had learned a lot of psychology from Shawn Michaels. When asked about the DX reunion, Nash said HBK is a devout Christian now, and really emphasized that. Nash said that if the same creative geniuses book DX that booked the NWO in WWE, its doomed to fail.

- Nash feels the NWO in WWE ultimately failed because they pulled Hulk Hogan from the group right away.

- Nash believes he has had the greatest success as a heel, and feels his real-life personality is a heel.

- Nash said the X-division reminds him of the cruiserweight division in WCW.

- Nash put over his Slammiversary opponent, Chris Sabin and the entire X-division. He put over names like Sonjay Dutt and Jay Lethal. Nash said he had wanted to wrestle Sabin at house shows to prepare for the PPV, but the cards had already been made out. Nash said he isn’t opposed to doing house shows.

- Nash also put over Samoa Joe, stating that he has an “incredible amount of talent,” and would like to work with him.

- Nash said he likes working with Alex Shelley, and put over his abilities to talk and wrestle. He would like to see how far he and Shelley could go working together.

- He did say that in a shoot, no one from the X-division could beat him.

- When asked about criticism from wrestling journalists, Nash said his angle has been done right and to reserve judgment.

- Nash said his feud with Rey Mysterio in WCW was designed to prove that anyone could beat anyone in the company.

- When pressed to predict a winner for the King of the Mountain match on Sunday, Nash said his dark horse is Ron Killings.

- Nash stated that there are no plans for Scott Hall to return to TNA. Nash said Hall is the “greatest talent to never be world champion.”

- Nash believes he brings insight to the TNA locker room.

- Nash was asked about moving TNA’s tapings out of Orlando. Nash said it would depend on TNA finding supplemental income.

- When asked about reuniting with Sean Waltman in AAA, he said only if the money was right.

- When asked about working in creative, he said he would be open to working on a booking committee.

- Nash said a good product is the most important thing in attracting fans to ordering PPVs in the saturated PPV market.

- Nash said that there are many pluses of Eric Bischoff coming to TNA as he is good friends with him. When asked about Bill Goldberg, Nash said Goldberg would be great in TNA.

- Nash stated that his boy is now ten years old, and would be a reason he wouldn’t entertain the idea of writing his autobiography.

- When asked about ECW, Nash stated that it already has a WWE flavor, pointing out that The Big Show was never in the original ECW. He also pointed out that the ECW shows will be taped during the weekly Smackdown tapings. Nash believes WWE doesn’t offer three different products.

- Nash said his next movie project is scheduled to be released on August 25th. Nash said he has no other movie projects lined up, and that he doesn’t plan to bank on a movie career.

- Nash said he enjoys MMA, but doesn’t watch the current WWE product.
