Judge David Cashman of the Allegheny, NY penal system found Kurt Angle not guilty of driving under the influence and careless driving. Angle was initially charged when a witness claimed he was driving recklessly. Police could not, however, corroborate the woman's claims and her testimony was dismissed.

Thank God he was cleared of the charges. I think WZ meant PA not NY. Still great news for the Angle family.
