According to the Clinton Administration blog, Ted DiBiase Jr. married Kristen Tynes on October 30 at Lake Caroline in Madison, MS. Mrs. Tynes is a medical nurse and was described by attendees as "quality and classy."
This could explain his absence from the WWE overseas tour. DiBiase is not listed for the Survivor Series PPV as of this moment. There could be more to the story of his removal from TV, but this appears to be a legit reason.
