Edge winning the WWE Championship was a swerve from WWE creative and was not the original plan. WWE had planned on doing Triple H vs. Vladimir Kozlov at Armageddon next month as well as a triple-threat match between Batista, John Cena, and Chris Jericho for the World Heavyweight Championship.
