After petitioning the court, WWE has been granted an extension until December 15th on a lawsuit brought against them and Raw Superstar John Cena by rap group M.O.P. for an illegal sample used in John Cena's entrance theme. As reported earlier in the month, "The Time Is Now" contains two samples from M.O.P.'s song "Ante Up".
