Now that Alexandra has been crowned this year's X Factor champion, ITV has revealed the voting results for each week of the show - and it's a shocker.
The votes reveal that Eoghan Quigg, who finished third last night, won six out of the ten weekly live shows while Alexandra had won only one of the weekly heats before last night.
During the first four shows Eoghan had won comfortably with over 20% of all votes cast while Alexandra had trailed behind many of the other acts with less than 10%.
However, Alexandra's popularity had grown so much over the past few weeks that she triumphed in last night's final vote with a comfortable 58% of all votes cast.
As for the final itself, we always expect to see a few tears but last night the floodgates really did open as Alexandra triumphed over JLS and Eoghan.
The singer, who had gone into the final as the favourite, fell to her knees when her name was announced and burst into tears in some of the most emotional scenes ever witnessed on the show.
At one point it looked as though she may actualy faint and her reaction meant that she struggled to perform the winner's song - a cover of Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah.
There were large gaps in the performance as Alexandra tried to regain her composure, however, she finally got back on track again by the time the other finalists joined her on stage for the rousing finale.
Earlier in the show Alexandra had another fit of the waterworks as she performed a sensational duet with Beyonce - from that point on it did feel as though the X Factor crown was in the bag.
