Bobby Lashley won his MMA debut fight against Joshia Franklin in 41 seconds. The match took place at American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida. Lashley scored a takedown and then opened up the head of Franklin with vicious punches, which caused the ref to stop the fight. This was Franklin's first fight as well.

That was exactly what Lashley didn't need. Squashing a jobber did nothing to help him improve his skills.

Agreed.

This isn't helping, or proving anything at all. He needs a real opponent.

He didn't really squash anyone...he defianetly looked good but won by a cut on the doctors stoppage...both him and his opponent where 0-0 going into this fight,so I wouldnt say his opponent was a "jobber".
