MVP "Quits" At House Show

WWE did an angle at SmackDown live events over the weekend where MVP lost to Kizarny and took the mic afterward, saying he "quit." Kizarny is set to debut on TV at the SmackDown tapings this Tuesday and I'd hope they wouldn't have his first win be over MVP.

Realistically that could happen, or maybe MVP gets pissed a gets DQ'ed then MVP covers them anyway and makes the count

They could also have MVP get a fluke win and then go unbeaten for ages to push him back up where he belongs...both I could see happening

you have to win a qualiying match in order to get in the mitb match so he would have to win b4 hand

or lose and have the superstar he lost to get "injured" and be unable to participate

As realistic as this sounds, It probably won't. MVP will continue winning then claim he's had enough (like he said Quit at the house show.) then a few months down the line he appears on Raw and starts winning again.
