PWI is reporting that the rumored "accident" angle involving Jeff Hardy and his girlfriend will indeed be inserted into this Friday night's Smackdown broadcast. It will most likely involve some sort of "hit and run" scenario.
MAJOR UPDATE & CONFIRMATION:
WWE taped a hit-and-run angle that will be inserted in this week's edition of SmackDown where Jeff Hardy's fiance Beth is badly injured, reports Dave Meltzer. According to Meltzer, Jeff is in the car but is not "injured" in the storyline.
This is expected to be the re-introduction to the storyline where Jeff Hardy was taken out before Survivor Series, with the attacker eventually being revealed as Christian.
