TNA is making plans to hold a PPV later in the year (my guess is Bound for Glory) outside of Orlando, Florida. They really should look into running in Philadelphia at some point, although I don't believe that's the site they are considering. There were a lot of people inside the company impressed by the atmosphere when they ran Hardcore War there. It's amazing how many people are charmed by that dump after witnessing a show there, but the reality is many of the famous old school wrestling venues (Dallas' Sportatorium, Tampa's Fort Homer Hesterly Armory, etc.) were dumps that were never designed for wrestling but since they were so intimate and unique for atmosphere, they take on a legend of their own that is often discounted by those who don't experience it firsthand. The ECW Arena is no different.

Expect the Six Sides of Steel to return later this summer for the Hard Justice PPV.

Sonjay Dutt hurt his shoulder at Slammiversary taking a double stomp from Senshi. He worked Impact with his shoulder taped up. Shark Boy hurt his ankle at the PPV as well when he landed on his feet while hitting the Deep Sea Drop.

Due to the UFC Ultimate Finale special, Spike TV will air the replay of TNA Impact this Saturday night/Sunday morning at 3 AM. Thanks to Devin Cutting for sending that along.

TNA's next Impact taping in Orlando, Florida will be Monday 7/3 at Universal Studios in Florida. Kevin Nash is scheduled to return at that taping.
Sean Waltman (who lives in the area and visits from time to time) and Missy Hyatt were backstage visiting at TNA Slammiversary and Impact. Hyatt was with her current boyfriend. Waltman is still under contract to the MTV Wrestling Society X project.

Scott Steiner will be doing a signing on 7/29 in Queens, New York at Ultimate Cards & Comics in Whitestone from 2-4 PM. For more information, call Jac at (718) 746-0010.

Vignettes featuring Shane Douglas training the Naturals will start on Impact next week. They were taped at a local High School gym in the Orlando area earlier this week.

Hermie Sadler's UWF will run their next TNA licensed house show on 7/21 in Williamstown, North Carolina at the Senator Bob Martin Eastern Agricultural Center and 7/22 in Jacksonville, NC at the Jacksonville Commons Recreation Center. Samoa Joe, Americas Most Wanted, NWA Tag Tean champions AJ Styles & Christopher Daniels, Abyss, The James Gang, Gail Kim, and more are scheduled for both nights. On 7/21, it's James Gang vs. AMW is scheduled, with the winners challenging Daniels & Styles on 7/22. For ticket information, visit www.UWFUSA.com.
