Former pop singer Michelle Heaton has become the third celebrity to be forced out of the Celebrity Big Brother house.
The unexpected eviction came as the remaining housemates were waiting to see the premiere of a film they had been making.
Presenter Davina McCall appeared on the big screen to announce that Heaton was next to go.
Before the announcement, the crowd outside the house was instructed to remain silent so as not to raise suspicions among the housemates that an eviction was about to happen.
TV presenter Ulrika Jonsson and former Liberty X member Heaton gained the most nominations from their housemates.
US rapper Coolio said he had nominated Heaton because "she's trying to make me look bad... She's trying to degloss my shine".
La Toya Jackson described her as a follower, adding: "If there is anything that someone doesn't like that's in her group she will go along with it and take it to the next power."
Politician Tommy Sheridan said he had become weary of Heaton's mood swings, tantrums and tears.
