I've seen various reports, most crediting Wrestling Observer, saying that Scotty Goldman (Colt Cabana) was sent down to FCW for more "work", but that he is close to being called up to the roster potentially as a backstage reporter.
It was suggested in reports that WWE wants to "improve" his "TV Star" look and that's why he was "sent" to FCW. Certainly that's possible but then again he never really left FCW, as he lives in Tampa.
