A website advertising a caretaker's job on the Great Barrier Reef has been swamped with interest.
The website, Islandreefjob.com has had 2.3 million hits in two weeks.
Tourism Queensland is offering the lucky applicant a £72,000 salary, reports The Sun.
The job entails feeding turtles, watch whales and collect post for six months on nearby Hamilton Island.
So far 10,666 have applied for the role including 660 Brits.
The closing date for applicants deadline is February 22.
