The once planned Kevin Nash vs. Samoa Joe match for this weekend's Against All Odds PPV is postponed due to Nash's ongoing issues with a staph infection in his elbow.
Nash appeared at last week's Impact tapings in a non-wrestling role, including a promo he cut regarding Samoa Joe for a segment that will air this week. That promo led those at the tapings to believe a singles bout could take place at the PPV this weekend.
The current plan appears to be to hold of that match until the Destination X PPV in Orlando in March, if not longer.
Nash had initially hoped to return to the ring in "1 or 2 weeks" after being released from a Charlotte, NC hospital due to the infection but it's taking longer than expected to resolve the issue.
