arrested by detectives from the Historical Enquiries Team in connection with the murder of loyalist Tommy English.
Mr English, 40, was shot dead at his home in Newtownabbey during a loyalist feud in October 2000.
To date, nine other men have been charged in connection with the death of Mr English.
He had been part of a loyalist delegation which attended talks before the 1998 Good Friday Agreement.
