PWI is reporting that tickets for TNA's "Lockdown" PPV, which is being held this year at Temple University, will go on sale to the public during the last week of February. Kurt Angle will be in Philadelphia on the 28th for a signing, so the on-sale date will most likely correspond with that appearance.
