Jerusalem - Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said Monday he will not free jailed Palestinian women and children as demanded by the militant captors of an Israeli soldier being held in the Gaza Strip.
"The question of freeing (Palestinian) prisoners is in no way on the Israeli government agenda," Olmert said during a speech in Jerusalem.
"There will be no negotiations, no bargaining, no agreements," he said.
