Chris Evans and his wife Natasha Shishmanian were today celebrating the birth of a son.
The baby, who has been named Noah, was born weighing 7lb 4oz at 8.21am at London's Portland Hospital.
Evans, 42, who becomes a father for the second time, described his son as "a little belter".
A spokesman for BBC Radio 2, where Evans works as a drivetime presenter, said: "Mother, baby and Chris are all doing well."
Confirming the news on his official blog, Evans gushed: "So he's finally here and he is a little belter. I know everyone says that about their own but he really is a bit special."
"He, so far, is the only one of the three of us, not to have cried," Chris added.
Chris' ex-wife, actress Billie Piper gave birth to her first child, son Winston, with husband Laurence Fox in October last year.
