There were a number of people in the company unhappy to hear of his release and feel WWE wasted a big opportunity in him. Apparently Vince McMahon felt like Cabana didn't have a marketable look as an in-ring performer so they tried him as a commentator in Florida Championship Wrestling. Cabana worked the FCW TV taping on Thursday in a tag match and commentated as well. As I reported yesterday, Cabana has already returned to the independent scene as he worked for Pro Wrestling Guerrilla on Saturday.
