Lilian Garcia is not at tonight's Raw in Nashville because she has been on tour with the SmackDown brand. She speaks fluent Spanish and even sang the Peru National anthem before they held their show in Lima. Over the past weekend SmackDown has held shows in Mexico, Peru, and Chile.
