WWE has released the early buyrate estimates for the 2009 Royal Rumble pay-per-view and the number doesn't look good. Early numbers have the show doing 445,000 buys with 40% of those coming from outside of the United States. This year's number is down from the 575,000 that the 2008 Royal Rumble drew.
