For those who have not heard, 12 Rounds starring John Cena premiered in 2,500 theaters over the weekend and tanked in the box office. Completely out of the norm, WWE has posted a survey online asking fans why they did not go see the film. Since this it is out of the ordinary for WWE, below are the questions from the survey in case they pull it.
