The film is a remake of the 1970s series of the same name.
It is the tale of two alien children who are in a race against time to save themselves and our planet, To do so they need some human help, in the shape of Johnson and Carla Gugino.
Working with Fickman again is a highlight for Johnson. He jokes: "The wonderful thing about working with Andy is that everyday you come to set and you congratulate him on his pregnancy and the baby that he's having.. Cos it looks like he's having twins. So that always made it a lot of fun."
Fickman said that it is like a nightmare come true: "It's like when people left 'Nam that would have 'Nam flashbacks, like when I see Dwayne I have Johnson flashbacks. And that was horrible."
Johnson said: "The truth is, I love that man. I really do and I've got a great relationship with him."
Fickman responds to that comment by saying: "I've heard the 'I love you' aswell, but I don't see a rock on my finger! Gotta put a ring on it."
He added: "We enjoy working together... Well, he enjoys working with me, so that's good."
