--WWE ring announcer Lilian Garcia was the subject of some pretty intense backstage heat for screaming so loudly, and more so for being carried out from the ringside area on RAW, when it turned out she had only suffered a sprained wrist.
Many wrestlers, pretty much all of them, see this as an almost everyday occurence. She didn't help matters any when she opened up a house show in Toledo the next night announcing to the live audience that she was okay from her fall at RAW that week.
