WWE fans with cable TV in Chicago and Canada will not be able to watch WWE's new "Superstars" on WGN America that debuts on Thursday, April 16.
Local cable TV in Chicago does not carry WGN America and the local WGN network affiliate will not be carrying "Superstars." According the WGN America website, only DirecTV and DISH Network in Chicago will carry the new "Superstars" show.
In Canada, cable and satellite providers carry the local network version of WGN and not the cable TV version, WGN America. As of right now, it appears that Canada will be shut out of WWE's new program.
