According to the New York Post, the pop queen has bought an apartment in NYC's Upper East Side.
And despite the hefty price tag, it would seem that Madonna may have bagged a bit of a bargain - the original asking price was some five million dollars more than the deal struck.
The 26 room mansion comes with a 3,000 ft garden, a wine cellar and a grotto, the New York Post reports.
The newspaper quotes a source as saying: "The townhouse is perfect for Madonna.
"She's trying to recreate London in New York City, and this is in the style of a London townhouse."
