Schools employing bouncers

Bouncers, former soldiers and ex-police officers are being hired to cover lessons by schools looking for "crowd control", a union conference heard.
Some schools appear to believe that being "stern and loud", or having a military background, is the only skill necessary to be a cover supervisor, according to Andrew Baisley, a secondary school maths teacher from Camden.
Mr Baisley told delegates at the National Union of Teachers (NUT) annual conference in Cardiff: "I know of bouncers being employed specifically because they are bouncers to cover lessons."
