Susan Boyle, a 48-year-old charity worker from Blackburn, wowed the judges after performing I Dreamed A Dream from Les Miserables on the ITV1 talent show.
Since then, she has become an internet sensation and she's built up a fanbase including the A-list Hollywood couple, who wrote about the performance on their Twitter pages.
Kutcher, 31, posted a link to Ms Boyle's appearance on the show and wrote: "This just made my night."
Moore, 46, wrote a Tweet in reply saying: "You saw it made me teary!"
Ms Boyle's performance has now clocked up more than 5 million hits on YouTube.
She is also the bookmakers' favourite to win the talent show, with odds of 5/2.
