Jack used to suffer from erectile dysfunction and visited his doctor for a solution.
the doctor told him that they had a solution and that the muscles of his dick can be replaced.the only problem was that the replacement muscles were to be taken from an elephants trunk.jack agreed for the experimentive operation as he wanted to do anything to get rid of his problem.
some days after the operation he went for a dinner with his girlfriend.
there while eating,suddenlyhis dick which contained the muscles of an elephant's trunk tore through his pants and grabbed a sausage.it then returned back to its place.jacks girlfriend said,"cool.can you do that again??"
