In the latest issue of WWE Magazine they give a list of all of the superstars who have ever held the Hardcore Championship. It mentions that the Hardcore Championship has changed hands more than any other title in WWE, with an amazing 218 times.

To have been eligible, a superstar must have held either the World or WWE Championshipand the Intercontinental Championship and either the World Tag Team or WWE Tag Team Championship.
