Joining a gradually expanding stable of last-gen classics that includes the likes of Ninja Gaiden Black, Psychonauts, and, uh, BlowOut, both Max Payne and its sequel arrived on the Xbox Live Marketplace this morning as the latest additions to the Xbox Originals lineup. As with all other full Xbox titles on the service, these two are priced at 1200 Microsoft points, or about $15.
With a third Max Payne on the way from Rockstar later this year -- and original developer Remedy hard at work on Alan Wake -- now would be a good time to catch up on the series that single-handedly turned bullet time into a gaming industry trope. Just try not to laugh too hard at Mr. Payne's ridiculous, contorted grimace. It's not like the dude has had the extensive acting training of, say, Marky Mark.
