- Matt Hardy appeared on Raw last night with a bandaged right hand after he broke a metacarpal bone. The injury stemmed from the spot at the Backlash PPV where his hands were tied and Jeff crashed down on to him. Initial reports say he’ll be out for 6 weeks, but he may end up partially working through it doing the classic “cast” gimmick to get heel heat.
