Deep South Wrestling owner Joe Hamilton has filed a lawsuit against World Wrestling Entertainment. Hamilton is seeking damages for breach of contract as well as intentional interference with contractual and business relations. He alleges when WWE dropped Deep South as a developmental territory it left the promotion in a hole.
The suit was officially filed on 4/20 and is currently pending in Fulton County, Georgia.
Deep South Wrestling was an official developmental territory for WWE from 2005 to 2007.
