- WNW reader Jonathan Smith sent this in... In a follow up to WNW reader David Mayorga who sent in the following - "music used for Mike Knox's entrance was used in a vignette during the WWF Vengeance 2001 PPV match between Undertaker & RVD for the Hardcore Championship".
