According to numerous sources, Sting plans on making this his final year in TNA — and presumably, professional wrestling.

Since his return to the company in 2006, the multi-time world champion has directed his career on a year-to-year basis, hence the one-year contract agreements year after year.

He has been telling people that this year's Bound for Glory pay-per-view will be it for him in TNA. His contract with the organization is once again set to expire shortly before the end of the year.

Good for him, even though I'm a huge Sting fan, he's done everything a wrestler could dream or hope for, he's been in wrestling for a total of 23+ years, and he deserves to retire on his own terms..Congrats goes out to Sting for havin such a great run in wrestling!

I have a feelin that this is it for him, after all he is 50, and his body just can't do it anymore..it's actually a relief to see a wrestler actually retire and who knows their body's limitations. JMHO

If he can quit because he wants to instead of because he has to, then I think he's accomplished a lot and I can respect the hell out of that.
