Media Molecule is working on something big, according to a job posting at Edge. The studio claims they're working on a "ground-breaking, AAA, PS3 title" for Sony. The posting asks for experience with physics and gameplay code, shipping an online console game, and the ability to maintain existing code and structure. None of these are particularly surprising coming from the house that built Little Big Planet, but they are expanding to match their success.
At this point, the project could be anything, from expansive DLC packs for Little Big Planet to a full sequel. Or, alternately, the "ground-breaking" title could be an entirely new game that takes advantage of the physics-based pedigree. We'll let you know more as it develops.
