Videogame translations of movies aren't an easy thing to pull off. This is especially the case when that game has to be developed for a powerhouse videogame system like the Sega Genesis. Knowing this, anyone who has seen the movie Doubt, which centers around the allegedly inappropriate relationship between a young man and one of the fathers at a Catholic church, can easily surmise that a videogame based upon the movie probably wouldn't work.
For evidence of this, see the video above from this year's MTV Movie Awards, starring Saturday Night Live's Andy Samberg, who plays some of Doubt: Flynn's Revenge. As Samberg says, it just doesn't really translate.
