WWE: 'Heels,' 'babyfaces,' divas & more

Orton, Cena, Triple H & others compete in "The Bash" tonight. We search for more about them.

Search: Professional wrestling

On Mondays, the wrestling action is definitely on "WWE Raw." Friday nights you can always expect a good old-fashioned "WWE SmackDown." And there's always an adrenalin rush on "ECW" (that's "Extreme Championship Wrestling") on Tuesdays.

But when it comes to a "Three Stages of Hell" kind of brawl, you have to opt for pay-per-view.

Enter "The Bash," one of WWE's main events, which kicks off tonight. It promises not to disappoint. We searched Bing for info about tonight's matchups, the "babyfaces," the "heels," the divas and more.

Tonight's matchups

John Cena vs. The Miz: "You Can't See" John Cena battling for the championship title tonight. Instead, he'll meet The Miz, the reality-show-star-turned-wrestler. On which MTV show did he appear?

Randy Orton vs. Triple H: "Legend Killer" Randy Orton, the reigning champ, will try to master the Game Triple H for the WWE Championship title.

CM Punk vs. Jeff Hardy: These guys will battle it out for the World Heavyweight title.

Chris Jericho vs. Rey Mysterio: They'll meet for the Intercontinental Championship.

Melina vs. Michelle McCool: Two of the divas of WWE will battle for the Women's Championship title.

Carlito & Primo vs. Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase: Carlito, who "spits in the face of people who don't want to be cool," will team up with his bro against the spawn of wrestling legends Dusty Rhodes and Ted "The Million Dollar Man" DiBiase for the Unified Tag Team Championship.

The good guys & the bad guys of WWE

The good guys: Affectionately known as "babyfaces," the good guys are heroic. Some of the most popular babyfaces are Batista and The Undertaker.

The bad guys: The bad guys: They're the villains, the "heels" of the WWE. Bad guys come in all shapes and sizes. There are huge ones, The Big Show, like evil ones like Jack Swagger and and crazy ones like Edge.

More WWE drama

The Donald vs. The Chairman: Donald Trump was supposed to be the new owner of "WWE Raw." However, he apparently was fired on Monday night, thus thickening the plot of the testosterone-filled feud with Vince McMahon. The most memorable fracas ended with McMahon losing his hair.

Money talks: Why would a billionaire like Trump throw his coif in the WWE ring? Money talks. Now while the moolah is real, the jury is still out on whether wrestling is a real sport.
