It had been known that she was planning to get married to her long-time boyfriend in September and taking some time off, but with the belief that she would be back soon after. The company is now under the impression that she won't be back.
The feeling is that Trish wants to pursue an acting career. At the age of 30, if she wants to try, it would be for the best if went for it now.
